The archive is your audit trail

Every document, both directions, is retained with its full acknowledgment trail — the 997s, the transmission receipts, the timestamps. Retail disputes routinely surface months after the fact; when one does, you can produce the document you sent and the retailer's own receipt of it in seconds.

Monitoring that acts before you ask

The platform watches the things that silently go wrong in EDI: documents transmitted but never acknowledged, acknowledgments overdue against a partner's SLA, inbound files that fail validation. Each becomes an alert with a plain-language next step — not a log line you were supposed to be watching.

Your data is portable
