1Connect a system. Pick your ERP or e-commerce platform, or choose CSV/manual — no system required to start.
2Pick trading partners. Search 1,500+ retailers and distributors, multi-select the ones you trade with.
3Map fields. Certified partner maps auto-fill the defaults; review and override only what's different about your data.
4Run a test. Send a test 850 in the sandbox and watch the 997 acknowledgment come back.

The EDI viewer: raw X12 you can actually read

Every document keeps its raw X12 next to a human-readable view — one toggle apart. Segment IDs are highlighted, delimiters dimmed, errors flagged on the exact line. This is a real 850 as the viewer renders it:

Each document page also shows its acknowledgment trail (997s, 855s, 856s) and related documents, and a reprocess button when something needs a second pass. Search by PO number, filter by partner, type, direction, status, or date.

The sandbox: prove the flow before it counts

Connectors: CSV live on day one, ERPs on activation

Every account starts with the CSV/SFTP file drop — a fully working connector with no system integration required: orders in, documents out, manual or scripted. ERP and e-commerce connectors (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Shopify, and 30+ more) turn on by activation request from inside the app — request the one you need and we enable it for your tenant.

Connector health, last sync, and re-auth all live on one screen, so a stale token never becomes a missed PO.

The API: everything the app does, scriptable

A REST API covers documents, partners, and usage: submit outbound documents, pull inbound ones, and query your meter. Webhooks push document events — received, delivered, acknowledged, failed — to your endpoint as they happen. API keys are self-serve in settings, scoped per tenant.
